Tochi: Japan Real Estate Data presents Japanese public real-estate data — actual transaction prices, published land values, hazard zones and population projections — in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
The free tier shows the transaction map and the most recent year of prices, and carries advertising. Paid tiers add the features listed on the subscription screen and remove the ads.
Pro and Investor are auto-renewing subscriptions, offered monthly and annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
All prices are statistics aggregated to the district (chō-aza) level. They are not individual property records, not valuations, and not an offer of any kind.
The data is supplied by third parties and is presented as published. Its timeliness, accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Do not rely on this app alone for a purchase, sale or investment decision; obtain professional advice.
